80% Capital Gain in 2 years 

One of our investors secured three two-bedroom apartments at the launch stage of the Central Park project, each priced at approximately $600,000. 



Using a structured payment plan, the investor paid 50% over two years, committing a total of about $900,000 in capital. Before the remaining installments were due, the units were resold at approximately $845,000 each. 



As a result, the investor generated around $735,000 in net profit, achieving an 80% return on invested capital, or roughly 40% annually — without fully deploying the total purchase price.
